Tools for satinizing and polishing
Tools for your technology – All MARTINNO ABRASIVES products are a combination of high quality abrasive and polishing grains, permanently embedded in a specialized polyurethane binder. The unique characteristics of each product, selected for future applications, represent the high quality of our tools. POL-FLEX WPG products are designed for satinizing, structuring on the surface and polishing. They are perfect for cleaning. Thanks to their flexibility, they perfectly match to the shape of the surface and can be used on cylindrical surfaces. Thanks to the spatial embedding of the grain in the binder the grinding remains straight and simple, such construction allows trouble-free work on large surfaces what causes that the process is faster and more efficient compared to other tools of this type available on the market. An additional unique feature, which is one of our great assets, is the ability to profile for a particular process. They are ideal for grinding and smoothing of wood, they are ideally suited as a substitute for brush grinding in the process of structuring such as wood aging.
